There are two major categories of interest, here:

• manuscript , where the content is; and

• admin , where DI is keeping track of wiki issues and questions.

This book project was formally started in Maplewood, NJ in 2004 (in a collaboration of David Ing, David L. Hawk and Gary S. Metcalf, with Herb Addison as an advising editor)

The work was officially put into hiatus in 2005, as DI turned to doctoral studies research. In 2018, the thinking was restarted.
